Boston Fiber Festival

Our second ever Boston Fiber Festival is happening on Sunday September 8th, 2024 from 11am-4pm!

Join our more than 20 vendors on from the northeast and as far away as Denmark on Thayer Street and as pop-ups inside Boston Fiber Company. Shop, craft, and join the fiber community for a day of fun! Don't forget to also check out the weekly SoWa farmer and artists market where you can enjoy food, farm stands, and check out non-fiber artists.

  • Cornucopia Threads

    Cornucopia Threads is a collection of one-of-a-kind textile decor handcrafted by queer local artist, Javi Garcia. Javi specializes in tufted accent rugs, wall decor, and tufted mirrors. The inviting textures and vivid palettes in the pieces are inspired by the vibrancy of the natural world. Each piece is a unique reflection of her vision and an invitation to infuse your space with handcrafted charm.

    SoWa offers $10 parking in all lots on market days. We recommend the lot at 365 Albany Street, which is closest to the shop. There is also free street parking on sundays. 

  • Public Transportation

    Take the Red Line to Broadway, the Silver Line to Washington and East Berkley, or the Orange Line to Tufts Medical. 

  • Accessibility

    Boston Fiber Festival and the SoWa artists market are outdoor events with ramps and elevators when needed. Boston Fiber Company is accessible by ramp and stairs.

  • Bathrooms

    Bathrooms are located on every floor of 450 Harrison and accessible by elevator. A single bathroom is also available in Boston Fiber Company.

  • Food

    Food vendors, trucks, and farm stands are located in the parking lot at 500 Harrison and available 11am-4pm.
